System Controls: Gap Analysis and Audits
Gap analyses according to standards (internal, external) | Audits according to ISO 9001 / ISO/IEC 17025 | Audits according to other standards (on request)
Management systems and regulatory systems, whether based on external or internal standards or regulations, are only worth something if they are also reviewed.
Before introducing management systems, it is advisable to carry out an inventory to find out in a targeted and efficient manner what is not yet "audit-ready". Such gaps are identified in a gap analysis.
To exploit synergy potentials, we contribute our experience in the development and integration as well as in the review and performance monitoring of management systems – i.e. in audits.
Based on appropriate risk assessments, identified vulnerabilities are eliminated or at least reduced in their scope to a sufficiently acceptable extent. In this way, workflows or defined methods are optimized.
This allows you to achieve sufficient audit maturity more quickly and optimize your quality costs. In addition, you do not burden your employees with formal activities more than necessary. On the contrary, the "gaps" found are used or worked out as a basis for very effective employee training, which impresses due to its practical relevance.
In addition, we are available to you as (mock) auditors for management systems such as ISO 9001 or rather ISO/IEC 17025 for the maintenance and improvement of existing management systems.
The holistic view of your processes, procedures, methods, etc. by our engineers keeps your system at the best available state of the art.
